A leading global law firm is seeking a corporate finance associate to join its finance and banking practice in New York. The role focuses on private credit and syndicated debt finance, with exposure to private equity acquisition finance, liability management and special situations finance.

The practice represents both borrowers and lenders, so candidates with experience on either side—or both—are encouraged to apply. The firm offers a collaborative platform and high-quality, cross-border finance work.

• Experience in private credit and syndicated debt finance at a peer firm
