Seeking an associate (law‑school class years 2022–2024) to join a busy capital markets team in Denver. The role focuses on representation of issuers and underwriters in U.S. public and private securities offerings and advising on SEC reporting and compliance matters.

The position involves significant direct client contact and substantial responsibility. The team is looking for a driven, business‑development oriented candidate who can help grow relationships and take ownership of matters.
