Successful candidates will handle Exchange Act disclosure and other securities regulation issues, draft and review governance documentation, and work closely with senior lawyers on client advice and transactional matters.
- Law school graduation years 2020–2024
- Experience advising public companies on corporate governance, including governance work for IPOs
- Familiarity with securities regulation and Exchange Act disclosure requirements
- Strong academic record with excellent writing and research skills
