Associate — M&A / Private Equity, Denver

Top-tier corporate practice seeks associates to join the M&A and private equity team in Denver. The role focuses on acquisitions, dispositions, minority investments and related transactional and general corporate work.

Successful candidates will manage deals from drafting to closing, have substantial transaction experience, and take on significant client contact and matter ownership. • Graduating law school classes 2021 2024 (or equivalent experience)
• Demonstrable experience on M&A and private equity transactions, including drafting transaction documents
• Strong transactional deal management skills and working knowledge of corporate market terms
• Comfort with direct client contact, high responsibility and a commercial mindset toward business development
