A Hong Kong-based Capital Markets associate role focused on Greater China ECM and select DCM transactions. The team advises on IPOs and other equity and debt offerings, working across regulators and exchanges in the region.

The role involves drafting and negotiating transaction documentation, coordinating with cross-border teams and stakeholders, and providing pragmatic regulatory and governance advice throughout deal execution. You will work on a high-volume, international practice with exposure to sophisticated capital markets transactions.

Qualified lawyer with approximately 1 year PQE in capital markets (law firm or financial institution experience).
Proven experience on equity capital markets transactions (IPO/ECM); some DCM exposure desirable.
Excellent legal drafting and negotiation skills; strong commercial judgment.
Fluent English and Mandarin.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, cross-border environment; strong teamwork and communication skills.
