Associate, Capital Markets — Houston

Law firm seeking an associate to join its Capital Markets team in the Houston office. The role focuses on U.S. securities work, including public and private offerings and ongoing SEC reporting and compliance.

The team advises both issuers and underwriters on transactional and regulatory aspects of capital markets matters. The position is suited to recent law graduates from the class years 2023–2024 with relevant coursework or transactional experience.

• Law school class years 2023–2024
• Experience or demonstrated interest in U.S. capital markets transactions (public and private securities offerings)
• Familiarity with SEC reporting, disclosure obligations, and compliance matters
• Strong drafting, analytical, and teamwork skills
