Apply in confidence →Growing finance team in Houston seeks an associate admitted in the United States to support leveraged and acquisition financings across corporate and private-equity-backed transactions. The role provides exposure to borrower-side representation and oil & gas-related financings.
Ideal candidates will have debt finance experience from a peer law firm and will work on leveraged finance matters and acquisition financings for sponsors and corporate borrowers. This is a team-oriented role with substantive transactional responsibility.
- Law school class years 2020–2023
- Prior debt/finance experience at a peer law firm
- Private equity acquisition finance experience preferred
- Experience on oil & gas-related financings a plus; borrower-side representation welcome
