Private Equity Associate Attorney, Corporate — Houston

Seeking an associate to join a global private equity and transactional team advising leading private equity firms, asset managers, infrastructure and real assets investors across the full investment lifecycle. Work will cover buyouts, public-to-private transactions, financings, co-investments, restructurings, exits and secondaries.

The role involves collaborating closely with antitrust, regulatory, finance, capital markets, funds and disputes specialists to deliver cross‑disciplinary, market‑leading advice on complex domestic and cross‑border transactions.
