Top-tier New York law firm seeks lateral associates to join its Capital Markets group. The team handles public and private securities offerings, debt and equity financings, hybrid instruments and IPOs for a broad range of issuers across industries and jurisdictions.

Associates will work on complex transactional matters, disclosure and corporate governance issues (including evolving ESG-related disclosure), and cross-border deals as part of a global, multidisciplinary practice. The group offers exposure to high-profile transactions and close mentorship from experienced capital markets lawyers.

Base salary is set by associate class year and follows the firm’s published scale for New York associates.

Minimum ~2 years of law firm experience in corporate/capital markets or securities work
Experience with public or private offerings, registration statements, prospectuses, or related disclosure documents
Strong academic credentials and excellent drafting and communication skills
Active admission to the relevant U.S. bar or plan to obtain admission promptly
