Join a top-tier global capital markets practice in New York as a mid-level associate focused on equity and debt securities transactions. The team advises issuers, underwriters, investors and financial institutions on sophisticated domestic and cross-border capital markets matters across industries.

The role includes leading drafting and negotiation of registration statements, prospectuses, underwriting agreements and other offering documentation; supporting SEC reporting and disclosure work; and managing key execution tasks on IPOs, follow-on offerings, de-SPAC transactions, PIPEs, ATMs and related transactions. You will work closely with partners and specialist teams across finance, tax and regulatory matters.

Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent (LL.M./foreign equivalent)
Admission to the New York Bar or eligibility for admission
Approximately 4+ years of relevant transactional law firm or in-house experience
Demonstrated experience on equity and/or debt capital markets transactions (IPOs, follow-ons, de‑SPACs, PIPEs, ATMs, etc.)
Familiarity with SEC reporting and disclosure requirements for public companies
Strong drafting, analytical, negotiation and project-management skills; commercial awareness
