Top-tier law firm seeks an associate to join its New York securities regulation and corporate governance team. The role focuses on advising public companies on corporate governance matters and supporting governance work in connection with public offerings.

Work will include counseling on corporate governance standards and Exchange Act disclosure obligations. The team handles transactional and ongoing governance matters for public-company clients.

• Experience advising public companies on corporate governance matters
