Join a top-ranked catastrophic injury team in Manchester as an Associate supporting defence work on high-value personal injury matters. The role combines client-facing responsibility with hands-on case handling across complex motor, employer's liability/public liability and sport-related concussion claims.

The team acts for major insurers and corporates, handling both pre‑litigation and litigated multi-track and large-loss files, including brain and spinal injury matters and sensitive/high-profile disputes. You will work in a collaborative, tech-enabled environment focused on pragmatic solutions and efficient claims management.

This is a full-time, permanent role offered on a hybrid working pattern with opportunities for development, mentoring and cross-office collaboration on cross-border quantum matters.

Minimum 2 years' UK qualification as a solicitor or CILEX with relevant catastrophic injury defence experience.
Proven litigation experience handling EL/PL, motor or serious injury claims.
Client contact experience and ability to attend business development events.
Strong negotiation skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage complex, high-value files.
