Join an established Dispute Resolution team in Manchester handling a broad mix of commercial litigation, insolvency-related disputes and arbitration. The team acts on domestic and cross-border matters across the High Court, appellate courts and a range of ADR forums for corporates, financial services clients and other commercial stakeholders.

The role offers exposure to contractual disputes, post-transaction and boardroom matters, professional negligence, insolvency claims and technology/media-related disputes. You will work alongside experienced litigators, receiving structured support and clear career benchmarks to develop technical, advisory and client-management skills.

2–4 years' post-qualification experience in dispute resolution / commercial litigation
Proven drafting, analytical and advocacy skills; strong attention to detail
Comfortable taking responsibility for client work and direct client contact
Commercial mindset, proactive approach and interest in business development
Team player with a willingness to support and mentor more junior colleagues
