Experienced clinical negligence solicitor opportunity to join a national healthcare litigation team. The role supports a broad defendant caseload for public and private healthcare clients, with opportunities to handle complex/in high-value claims and to support inquest and healthcare advisory work.

This is a permanent, full-time role based out of any regional office across the UK. You will manage your own caseload, provide on-site and remote secondment support, supervise junior fee-earners, and contribute to business development and training activities.

Qualified solicitor with clinical negligence or catastrophic personal injury experience (defence or claimant).
Experience of managing a caseload, including exposure to higher-value/complex claims; inquest or healthcare advisory work advantageous.
Strong legal research, drafting and case-management skills; familiar with Microsoft Office and case management systems.
Good interpersonal skills, ability to supervise junior staff, and a proactive approach to business development and meeting financial targets.
