Associate — Clinical Negligence

Experienced clinical negligence associate opportunity with a well-regarded UK practice. The role sits in a national healthcare team that handles a broad range of clinical and medical negligence matters and works closely with clinical experts and wider advisory teams.

The position is open across the firm's UK offices (multi-office recruiting). You will manage your own caseload, progress claims through investigation, disclosure and trial where required, and provide practical advice to claimants or defendants depending on the team focus.

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales
• Proven experience handling clinical/medical negligence matters
• Strong case management, drafting and advocacy skills
• Comfortable instructing and working with clinical experts
• Client-focused with effective communication and teamwork
