We are seeking a commercial disputes associate to join a busy London disputes team handling litigation, arbitration and contentious regulatory matters. The team works across contractual disputes, fraud and conspiracy claims, shareholder and professional negligence disputes, financial services matters, insolvency-related work and technology disputes (including crypto-related issues), with many matters featuring an international element.

The role offers autonomy on high‑stakes matters, exposure to international arbitration and cross‑practice work, and encouragement to contribute to business development and thought leadership from joining. You will work closely with senior colleagues, counsel, experts and clients on case management and advocacy.

Qualified solicitor with 3–6 years' PQE in commercial disputes.
Proven experience managing complex commercial disputes, ideally with cross‑border elements.
Strong knowledge of litigation, arbitration and ADR processes; excellent drafting and advocacy skills.
Commercially focused approach, confident communicator, and commitment to high‑quality client service.
Strong academic background (2:1 degree or equivalent).
