Senior Associate, International Arbitration — Construction & Infrastructure, London

An established disputes team in London is seeking a Senior Associate to contribute to high-value international arbitrations and construction & infrastructure disputes. The role involves leading and supporting arbitration matters, advocacy at hearings, and managing factual and expert evidence on delay, quantum and technical issues.

You will work closely with senior advisers across a global disputes group, support client relationships, mentor junior lawyers, and contribute to business development and firm initiatives. The position is offered on a permanent, full-time basis based in London.

• 6+ years post-qualification experience (exceptional candidates with 5+ years may be considered)
• Proven experience in international arbitration; familiarity with English High Court (TCC), expert determinations or adjudications desirable
• Strong subject-matter expertise in construction and infrastructure disputes, including leading delay, quantum and technical evidence
• Well-developed drafting, advocacy, case management and project-management skills
• Team player with client-facing experience and awareness of cost management and budgeting in a law firm setting
