Join a large, multidisciplinary real estate team that advises on high‑profile and complex property matters. The construction group acts for owners, developers, contractors and consultants on contentious construction disputes across the full spectrum of proceedings.

The role will involve advising on all stages of construction litigation and dispute resolution, including pre‑action, adjudication, court proceedings (including the Technology and Construction Court) and mediation. The team uses technology and cross‑practice expertise to deliver pragmatic, commercial outcomes for clients.

2–3 years' PQE in contentious construction law.
Experience of construction disputes: adjudication, TCC/process, mediation and litigation.
Trained and qualified at a reputable City or large national firm (or equivalent experience).
Strong drafting and negotiation skills, commercial judgment and excellent attention to detail.
Ability to manage workload, communicate with senior stakeholders and work collaboratively in a team.
