Senior associate opportunity within a busy Property & Casualty insurance team in London. The role involves managing a caseload of high-value coverage and liability matters, with regular involvement in complex coverage issues, subrogation work and defence of casualty claims.

The post offers significant autonomy, supervisory responsibility for junior fee-earners and regular client-facing work. There are opportunities to contribute to business development, thought leadership and team improvement initiatives within a collaborative, supportive environment.

Minimum 6 years' PQE or equivalent experience.
Specialism in property insurance and coverage disputes.
Experience handling subrogated recoveries and defending liability/casualty claims, including managing adjusters, experts and counsel.
Proven ability to supervise junior lawyers, deliver commercial legal advice, and contribute to BD and practice development.
Comfortable with financial and matter management, efficient resourcing and using technology to drive matter profitability.
