Associate Commercial Real Estate

Mid-level real estate associate role within a busy commercial property team serving UK and international clients. The role focuses on leasing, land use and broader commercial real estate transactions across multiple offices.

You will work on a mixture of lease negotiations, property disposals and acquisitions, and site/land use matters alongside experienced partners and senior associates. The team acts for occupiers, landlords and developers on straightforward and complex matters.

This is an opportunity to build a varied real estate practice with exposure to cross-office workstreams and a broad client base. The hiring organisation supports hybrid working and regional mobility.

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (or equivalent UK qualification)
• Practical experience in commercial leasing and land use matters
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills on property agreements
• Ability to manage client relationships and work effectively across offices
