Join a national commercial real estate team on a cross-office basis (role open in multiple UK offices). The team advises on development and corporate occupier work, leasing, investment transactions and public-sector property matters for developers, corporates, funds and public bodies.

The role offers exposure to large-scale and high-value projects, regular cross-practice collaboration (planning, construction, finance and corporate) and opportunities to lead transactions with experienced supervision. The team is expanding following new panel appointments and client wins, so there is scope for high-quality fee-earning work and career development.

Solicitor with 1+ years' PQE in commercial real estate.
Experience at a national or regional firm handling landlord & tenant matters, commercial acquisitions and disposals.
Strong technical skills with the ability to address complex issues and apply commercial judgment.
Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy while recognising scope of authority.
Experience supervising or mentoring more junior fee-earners on transactional matters.
Proven involvement in business development, client care or relationship management activities.
Excellent organisation and communication skills; able to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
