Opportunity for an Associate to join a national law firm’s Communications practice serving clients across its multiple U.S. offices. The role focuses on counseling media, communications and related industry clients on regulatory and transactional matters within the Media & Entertainment space.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-office teams on client-facing matters, assist with regulatory filings and compliance issues, and help draft and negotiate commercial agreements. The position offers exposure to a range of communications matters and collaboration with experienced practitioners in a multi-office platform.

J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to at least one U.S. bar.
Experience or demonstrated interest in communications, media, or related regulatory work.
Strong legal research, writing and drafting skills; ability to manage client-facing responsibilities.
Team-player with effective communication skills and willingness to work across offices.
