Join a busy London compensation/share plans team within a leading global practice. The team advises multinational clients on the design, launch and operation of share and incentive plans, and provides support on transactions, takeovers and international roll-outs.

This role will focus on core share-plan work and employee tax issues, with regular collaboration across an international global equity group (including frequent instructions from US colleagues). Expect a mix of plan implementation, transactional support, tax-withholding and mobility-related matters.

The team is growing and seeks a junior associate to support senior lawyers, contribute to client work, and help develop know-how and business development initiatives.

Qualified lawyer with strong academic and technical credentials
Experience advising on employee share plans/equity-based compensation and employee tax (mobility experience desirable)
Ability to draft share-plan documentation and support transactional work
Client-facing skills, proactive approach and commercial awareness; willing to participate in business development
