Associate — Complex Commercial & Franchise Litigation, Boston

Seeking defense associates to join a busy litigation team in Boston handling complex commercial disputes and franchise-related matters. The role offers exposure to a broad range of defense work including commercial, insurance, product liability, healthcare, construction and professional liability matters.

Successful candidates will work on hearings, depositions and trials, with opportunities for client-facing responsibility and mentorship within a national, multi-office platform. The firm supports flexible work arrangements and professional development.

Applicants must be licensed to practice in Massachusetts.

• Minimum 3 years of litigation experience, including complex commercial and/or franchise litigation
• Admission to practice in Massachusetts
• Strong litigation, legal research, drafting and oral advocacy skills
• Team-oriented, self-starter able to manage assignments with minimal supervision; law clerk experience preferred
