Mid-level litigation associate role on a Complex Business Litigation team in the Boston office of a leading international law firm. The team handles high-stakes commercial disputes in state and federal courts for sophisticated corporate clients in a collaborative, trial-focused environment.

Successful candidates will work on all phases of complex litigation, including motion practice, discovery (including large-scale eDiscovery), depositions, expert workups, and trial preparation, alongside experienced trial lawyers and small, fast-paced teams.

5-7 years of litigation experience at a national or regional law firm handling complex commercial disputes (breach of contract, business torts, fiduciary claims, bankruptcy-related litigation, securities or regulatory matters).
Massachusetts bar admission or eligibility for admission to the Massachusetts Bar; must be resident in the Boston office.
Demonstrated experience managing all phases of complex litigation: factual development, dispositive and discovery motions, depositions, expert discovery, and trial preparation.
Strong legal research, analysis, and writing skills with experience drafting briefs and substantive filings; excellent project management and client-facing skills.
Prior federal or appellate clerkship strongly preferred.
