Associate — Complex Litigation & Class Actions

Mid-level associate role in a complex litigation and class actions team serving clients across consumer products, pharmaceuticals and medical devices, technology, financial services, and other regulated industries. The group handles high‑stakes defense work that affects clients' reputations and business models.

The position is open across multiple U.S. offices. You will work on all phases of class action defense and complex commercial litigation, collaborating with senior litigators and cross‑disciplinary teams on briefing, discovery, depositions, and strategy.

The team values strong writing, case management, and a collaborative, team‑oriented approach. This is a hands‑on role with exposure to high‑profile, high‑complexity matters and opportunities for professional development and mentorship.

• 3–5 years of litigation experience, with substantial class action defense work (false advertising, product defect, breach of warranty, consumer protection)
• Practical experience with California Unfair Competition Law (or comparable state consumer‑protection statutes)
• Experience drafting dispositive and class certification briefs, and responding to written discovery
• Experience conducting depositions, oral argument, and working with experts; e‑discovery management experience
• Active member of the California, New York, or Washington state bar; excellent written and oral advocacy skills; strong case management and collaborative mindset
