Join a specialist construction disputes team in Brisbane handling a mix of front‑end contract and risk advice and back‑end contested matters. The role covers payment claims, adjudications, contract disputes and defect claims across commercial, industrial, infrastructure, energy (including renewables) and institutional projects.

The practice also has a strong insurance-defence focus, acting for insurers, underwriting agencies and brokers on policy coverage, professional indemnity, D&O and related complex liability matters. You will work on large, complex litigated claims for a blue‑chip client base.

The team emphasises collaboration, mentorship and flexible working arrangements, and offers genuine progression as the practice grows.

1–5 years' post‑admission experience in dispute resolution, ideally from a reputable law firm
Experience in construction law and/or defendant insurance practice (general liability, professional indemnity) highly regarded
Strong written advocacy, negotiation skills, attention to detail and case/project management ability
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and to manage competing priorities
