Top-tier Minneapolis law office is seeking a team-oriented Associate to join a busy Construction practice. The role supports both construction transactions and litigation matters, working on contract drafting and negotiation, dispute resolution (mediation, arbitration and litigation), and lien-related documentation.

The team values strong academic and professional credentials, superior research and writing, and clear analytical and communication skills. The successful candidate will collaborate with senior attorneys on a mix of transactional work and contested matters across the construction lifecycle.

2–4 years' experience in construction law (transactional and/or litigation)
Experience with contract drafting and negotiation, disputes, and preparation of lien documents
Admitted to practice in Minnesota (or eligible for admission)
Strong legal research, writing, analytical and communication skills
