Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with c.3+ years’ post-qualification experience in non-contentious construction law
Practical experience advising on construction contracts, procurement and dispute avoidance/management
Strong drafting and commercial advisory skills and experience dealing with developers, contractors, funders or public bodies
Ability to manage workload, liaise with clients and work effectively within a multi-discipline team
