The role offers exposure to high-value, market-leading projects across buildings, infrastructure, energy and related sectors, working with a range of public- and private-sector stakeholders.
You will advise on procurement strategies, construction contracts, facilities management arrangements and dispute avoidance/resolution. The team works closely with real estate, banking and projects specialists and provides opportunities to support cross-office and international matters.
The team places strong emphasis on technical development and career support, with structured learning, mentorship and access to experienced specialists to help progress your practice.
- Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with c.3+ years’ post-qualification experience in non-contentious construction law
- Practical experience advising on construction contracts, procurement and dispute avoidance/management
- Strong drafting and commercial advisory skills and experience dealing with developers, contractors, funders or public bodies
- Ability to manage workload, liaise with clients and work effectively within a multi-discipline team
