Managing Associate — Property Litigation

Senior/Managing Associate opportunity in a national property litigation team, with hybrid working from either Manchester or Birmingham. You will join a nationally ranked real estate litigation practice handling a broad caseload for public-sector and other institutional clients.

The role involves managing your own matters with minimal supervision, supervising junior team members, supporting regional and national team objectives, and contributing to business development initiatives.

• Qualified solicitor (SRA or Law Society registered).
• 6+ years' post-qualification experience in property litigation with the ability to handle matters independently.
• Proven experience supervising or managing junior colleagues.
• Strong analytical, communication and organisational skills and a client-focused approach.
• Experience acting for public-sector clients an advantage but not essential; comfortable working on regional and national matters.
