Apply in confidence →Join a national real estate practice as a Knowledge Associate supporting a large UK real estate group. This flexible role (full- or part-time, hybrid) focuses on creating, maintaining and sharing precedents, practice notes and training to support fee-earners across multiple offices.
Typical duties include developing and curating precedents, delivering internal training and knowledge sessions, working with research and business services teams to capture lessons learned and update guidance, and producing internal and external legal insights.
The post will work closely with other Knowledge Lawyers and business teams to drive efficiencies through process improvement, technology and legal project management.
- Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' PQE in Real Estate.
- Strong knowledge of real estate law, legal research and drafting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to summarise complex legal material clearly.
- Self-motivated, organised, able to manage competing priorities and work both independently and in teams.
