Associate — Consumer Warranty & Lemon Law, Costa Mesa

Mid-level associate role in a national litigation team focused on consumer warranty, lemon law, and related product-liability disputes. The position will support regional and national matters, acting as local trial counsel and coordinating with multi-jurisdictional teams in state and federal courts.

Typical duties include drafting and responding to discovery and pleadings, preparing and arguing motions, and taking and defending depositions. The team values strong writing, analytical ability, and attorneys who can manage multiple matters in a fast-paced practice while working independently and collaboratively.

• Admission to practice in California.
• 1–7 years of civil litigation experience, ideally defending consumer warranty, lemon law, or product-liability claims.
• Familiarity with Song-Beverly Act, Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, state lemon laws, UCC, and consumer sales statutes preferred.
• Experience drafting pleadings and discovery, briefing and arguing motions, and taking/defending depositions.
• Strong legal writing, analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple matters; self-starter who works well on teams.
