Toxic Tort & Environmental Associate — Costa Mesa, CA

Growing environmental litigation team in Costa Mesa seeks an associate with 1–7 years of experience to handle toxic tort and environmental matters. The role involves managing litigation caseloads across state, federal and administrative forums, including participation in MDLs, hearings, depositions, discovery and trials.

The team represents a range of defendants and entities in environmental and mass-tort matters. This position emphasizes strong research and writing, courtroom advocacy, and hands-on case management in a collaborative practice group.
