International law firm seeking an Associate to join its Prague office. You will work on cross-border, commercially focused matters from the start and collaborate with a multilingual team advising clients across industry sectors.

Day‑to‑day work includes legal research and analysis, drafting and negotiating contracts and other documentation, advising clients on regulatory and commercial issues, and representing client interests before courts and administrative authorities.

Master’s degree in Law (recognized in the Czech Republic) or equivalent qualification
Excellent Czech, English and German language skills, including legal terminology
Strong drafting, analytical and advocacy skills; comfortable with court and administrative procedures

Interest in legal tech and modern ways of working an advantage
