This role is suited to a corporate lawyer who wants to focus on governance and public-company issues, drafting board materials, advising on disclosure obligations and supporting responses to activist situations. The team offers exposure to high‑profile corporate governance mandates within a collaborative, mentorship‑focused environment.
- 2–4 years of post‑call experience in corporate and securities law at a major law firm (Canada, US or UK)
- Experience in or strong interest in corporate governance, public‑company disclosure and shareholder activism
- Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced practice and handles competing priorities
- Excellent drafting and communication skills, strong attention to detail and client service aptitude
- Strong academic credentials
