This role is suited to a corporate lawyer who wants to focus on governance and public-company issues, drafting board materials, advising on disclosure obligations and supporting responses to activist situations. 2–4 years of post‑call experience in corporate and securities law at a major law firm (Canada, US or UK)
Experience in or strong interest in corporate governance, public‑company disclosure and shareholder activism
Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced practice and handles competing priorities
Excellent drafting and communication skills, strong attention to detail and client service aptitude
Strong academic credentials
