The role is open to candidates across US offices and supports a high-volume, fast-paced team advising domestic and international companies on site selection, development projects (headquarters, manufacturing/distribution, data centers, large office projects) and negotiating discretionary economic development incentives.
Work is collaborative and client-facing, with responsibility for legal research, drafting transactional documents, supporting closings and negotiations, and mentoring more junior lawyers. The position follows a hybrid working model with regular in-office presence.
- JD from an accredited law school; admitted to practice in the relevant US state
- Approximately 6 years' post-qualification experience in corporate transactions, with direct, applicable AmLaw 100 firm experience preferred
- Proven experience advising on economic development/incentive matters, site selection or large-scale development projects
- Strong legal research, writing, analytical and project-management skills; ability to work collaboratively and independently
