Associate, Corporate — London

An international corporate team in London is seeking a junior-to-mid level Corporate Associate to work on a broad range of cross-border corporate transactions. The role will focus on high‑profile international M&A (public and private) and will also include work on venture capital, private equity and equity capital markets matters.

• 2–3 years' post‑qualification corporate experience.
