Top-tier London corporate team is seeking an NQ–1PQE Associate to join a market-leading private capital and corporate practice. The role offers early client contact and substantive transactional exposure across private company M&A, investments, joint ventures, board-level advice and related advisory work.

The successful candidate will support senior fee-earners on deal documentation (SPAs, investment agreements, JVAs), lead discrete elements such as due diligence, disclosure and transaction management, and coordinate with tax, employment and commercial specialists as required. The team regularly handles cross-border matters including offshore elements.

The firm operates an agile working framework with an expectation of regular office attendance and requires candidates to be flexible on hours to meet client demands. Pre-employment screening (including criminal and credit checks) applies to successful applicants.

NQ – 1 year PQE in corporate law (private company M&A / investments).
Strong technical commercial skills in transactional documentation and due diligence.
Excellent organisation, communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable leading small project teams and delegating to support staff.
Ability to manage multiple matters to tight deadlines; self-starter with commercial awareness and interest in business development.
Strong academic background.
