Top-tier international law firm is seeking an Associate to join its Corporate/M&A team in Berlin. The role involves supporting domestic and cross-border M&A transactions for corporate and financial clients across a range of industries, working closely with senior deal lawyers from the outset.

The team’s work regularly interfaces with tax, finance, capital markets, IP/IT, employment, antitrust and regulatory questions, offering broad transactional exposure. The firm is investing in legal technology and automation; candidates will have opportunities to help shape and use AI/tech tools in day-to-day workflows.

Excellent university law degree and strong academic record
Demonstrable interest and/or experience in Corporate and M&A matters
Commercial awareness and ability to manage responsibility on complex transactions
Technology affinity; ideally some exposure to LegalTech or AI-assisted tools
Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
