Associate — Corporate / M&A, Munich

Leading German full-service firm is opening a Munich office and seeks an Associate to join its Corporate / M&A team. The role offers hands-on exposure to domestic and cross-border corporate matters, including M&A transactions, corporate governance, restructurings and shareholder meetings.

Day-to-day work includes supporting and leading parts of M&A deals (from confidentiality agreements and due diligence to contract negotiation, closing and post‑transaction corporate reorganisations), advising on group law and governance issues, and assisting in corporate litigation where needed. The team works closely with other practice groups and international partner firms.

• Qualified lawyer in Germany (or equivalent) — open to candidates with or without post-qualification experience
• Strong academic record and excellent drafting, negotiation and advisory skills
• Good English; international experience advantageous
• Team player with commercial awareness and willingness to engage with clients
