Senior Corporate/M&A Lawyer — Energy & Infrastructure

Opportunity for a senior corporate/M&A lawyer to join a multi-office Energy & Infrastructure team based in Germany. The role focuses on cross-border and domestic transactional work across energy and infrastructure projects, including asset and corporate-level M&A.

The team advises sponsors, investors and corporates on complex transactions and delivers both commercial and regulatory-aware advice. The position offers exposure to high-value, market-facing mandates within a large international practice.

• Qualified to practice in Germany (Rechtsanwältin/Rechtsanwalt) or equivalent admission.
• Demonstrable experience on corporate and M&A matters, preferably with work on energy and/or infrastructure transactions.
• Strong transactional drafting, negotiation and project-management skills with the ability to work on cross-border deals.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English; ability to manage client relationships and work in integrated international teams.
