Associate — Private Equity (Germany)

Growing private equity team in Germany is hiring associates to work on cross-border PE and M&A transactions. You'll join a multinational practice advising financial investors and corporates on buyouts, exits and strategic investments, collaborating closely with financing, tax, competition and regulatory specialists.

The role offers significant client-facing responsibility, early involvement in complex deals and regular interaction with international offices. The team is expanding across German locations and seeks candidates who want to help shape and grow the practice.

• German legal qualifications (two fully passed Staatsexamina)
• Approximately 2 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) — Private equity / M&A experience desirable
• Strong English skills and comfort on cross-border work
• Team-focused, client-oriented approach; interest in taking responsibility for deal work
