Join a dynamic and growing Private Equity practice within a leading global law firm, advising national and international financial investors and corporates on complex private equity and M&A transactions, from strategic investments and buy-outs to exits. This role is part of a team with offices in two major German cities and offers significant opportunities to contribute to the continued development of the practice.

You will work in an integrated, cross-border environment, collaborating closely with colleagues across international offices and other practice groups such as financing, tax, antitrust, and regulatory. Two German state examinations with at least 'vollbefriedigend'
Good command of English
Ideally 2 years of professional experience
Prior knowledge in private equity / M&A is desirable
Enjoyment of demanding legal work and teamwork
A doctorate or an LL.M. from an English-speaking country is not a requirement but is a welcome additional qualification
