Senior-level associate opportunity to join a market-leading private equity and venture capital funds team in Munich, with a particular focus on closed-ended fund formations and international fundraisings.

Work includes advising domestic and global PE/VC fund managers and institutional investors on complex fundraisings, fund structuring (including carried interest and incentive arrangements) and fund-level due diligence across cross-border transactions.

The team is international in scope, offers structured mentoring and training, and welcomes candidates who are German, UK, or US-qualified (or equivalent); German language skills are not strictly required.

Qualified in Germany, England & Wales, or the US (or equivalent foreign qualification)
Demonstrable fund formation experience, ideally with closed-ended private equity and/or venture capital funds
Experience advising on fundraisings, investor due diligence and carried interest/incentivisation structures
Strong commercial awareness, excellent drafting and client-facing skills; team-player comfortable in an international practice
