Leading German commercial law firm is seeking a Corporate / M&A associate to join its Munich office. The role offers exposure to cross‑border and domestic M&A work, corporate restructurings and transactional advisory for a mix of corporate clients.

The successful candidate will work on deal execution, contract drafting and due diligence alongside a team of corporate lawyers. The role suits an attorney who enjoys hands‑on transactional work and client engagement within a commercial practice.

Qualified German lawyer (Rechtsanwalt/Rechtsanwältin) or comparable qualification.
Practical experience in corporate and M&A transactions; transactional drafting and due diligence experience.
Strong German and English drafting and communication skills.
Ability to work in a team on complex cross‑border matters and manage deadlines effectively.
