Leading international law firm seeks an experienced associate to join its Corporate / M&A team in Munich. The team advises on national and cross-border M&A, private equity transactions, joint ventures, public takeovers and complex corporate restructurings across regulated sectors.

The role offers work on high-profile, transaction-driven mandates in collaboration with domestic and international offices and other practice groups. You will advise on corporate governance, organ liability, shareholder matters and support general corporate and transactional workstreams.

Qualified German lawyer (Rechtsanwalt/Rechtsanwältin) with relevant transactional or corporate experience
Experience on domestic and cross-border M&A or private equity matters
Excellent academic record and strong drafting, negotiation and commercial skills
Fluent business English; ability to work with international teams
