Mid-level associate opportunity to join a busy M&A and private equity team in Washington, D.C. The role will advise corporate clients and private equity funds on acquisitions, dispositions, minority investments and related transactional matters.

Candidates will manage transaction execution, draft and negotiate deal documents, and work directly with clients. The position suits entrepreneurial, business-development-minded lawyers who can take on responsibility and operate with a high degree of autonomy.

• Law school class years 2020–2022 (mid-level associate)
• Significant experience handling M&A and private equity transactions
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills for transaction documents
