Experienced junior to mid-level Associate sought for a busy international corporate team based in Singapore. The role offers exposure to cross-border M&A, venture capital, capital markets and related regulatory and market-access work across the Asia‑Pacific region.

You'll join a collaborative, growing team that advises a mix of start‑ups, growth companies and multinational clients across technology, telecoms, financial services and life sciences. The position provides early client contact, varied transactional work and opportunities for professional development within an integrated global practice.

1–3 years' post‑qualification experience in corporate practice, with exposure to M&A, venture capital and/or capital markets
Strong academic record and demonstrable commercial judgment; ability to manage multiple matters under tight deadlines
Comfortable with cross‑border work and regulatory/market‑access issues; experience with technology, telecoms or financial services clients advantageous
Qualified or eligible to be qualified in Singapore, England & Wales, the US or Australia preferred; excellent written and verbal English
