Interim Project Lawyer — Corporate (Singapore)

Join a major international firm's interim resourcing programme as an interim project lawyer supporting a large-scale internal restructuring across multiple business units. You will work on asset and liability transfers, due diligence, contract repapering and coordination of multi-jurisdictional advice.

The role involves close collaboration with project leads and internal stakeholders (legal, compliance, finance and business teams), coordinating external counsel and preparing reporting and trackers. You will receive sponsorship and operational support from the firm's internal project team while on assignment.

• 2–7 PQE qualified lawyer with strong transactional experience
• Experience coordinating multi-jurisdictional deals and external counsel
• Excellent project management, organisation and stakeholder-management skills
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities under pressure; proactive and solutions-oriented
• Financial services experience preferred; exposure to AI/legal tech a plus
