Associate, Corporate — Singapore

Senior associate-level role within a corporate team based in Singapore, focused on M&A and general corporate transactions. The position involves advising private and public companies, entrepreneurs, family offices and other corporate clients on high-value, complex matters.

Day-to-day work includes drafting corporate documentation, conducting legal research and working closely with a multidisciplinary team across the region. The role is fast-paced and requires strong prioritisation and the ability to manage competing deadlines.

• 2–4 years post-qualification experience with M&A and general corporate transactional exposure
• Qualified to practise in Singapore
• Strong drafting, legal research and document review skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication, attention to detail and ability to work independently and in teams
