Junior Associate, Private Equity / Investment Funds — Singapore

A leading international law firm is seeking a Junior Associate to join its Private Equity / Investment Funds team in Singapore. The role offers exposure to complex, cross-border fund formation and transactional work within a collaborative, international practice.

You'll work closely with deal teams on fund structures, subscription and investor documentation, and related transactional matters. The team values commercial thinking, strong technical drafting, and the ability to liaise across jurisdictions.

• Qualified to practise in Singapore
• Minimum 1 year PQE in investment funds, fund formation or related transactional work
• Experience at a top-tier or international law firm preferred
• Strong legal drafting and technical skills, with a commercial mindset
